The apple and oats is pretty good. It was easy to make as well. I've got the crock pot that has the 3 smaller dishes. I made two of these. One for breakfast and one to put away for the next day or two.

I didn't even see your post under the link, and was going to come back and say the oatmeal stood out to me most.
As magical as having readymade hot dinner when you get home is, I find it 10x more magical waking up to hot yummy-smelling breakfast in the crock pot.
