GoPro HERO3 Black problems

hey fellas
thanks to B$B, BarD and everyone else for the support on the help board petition for my release from banland.. that shite was not fun
anyway, i got a GoPro Hero3 Black a couple of weeks ago.. it's my first one and it is awesome, one problem though.. after the last update it isn't working worth a damn
i'm about to send it back and get them to send me a new one before i throw this fricker into the wall

better clarity
eta- also, it is supposed to be better in low light situations.. but everybody on the internetz says it isn't better
