I take the scene as the background is supposed to blend in with the main focal point. Which is the fight between bane and batman. Derp.

It's not hating when you notice something on screen.

i understand that. but analyzing the background of a particular scene is a little far fetched in my mind. imagine a porn flick. are you gonna complain about a lamp being off in one angle and being on in another? no, you'll be too busy watching the main action that is being focused on. that's the point i'm trying to make.

Those people "fighting" in the background are just paid extras... who gives a shite. Why are you watching them anyway?

I guess I just have horrible concentration because as fast-paced Bane/Batman's fight sequence is, the surrounding extras are moving 10x slower and blatantly choreographed.

Again, I try my best every time not to pay attention to anyone else, but it's too obvious when they're behind and on the side of Bane/Batman.

If you guys really want to sink into it, when theyre goin up the steps, bane first kicks him with his right, then the camera angles change, and all of a sudden, its his left foot. Now, just how frickin ridiculous does that sound? Did i dig too deep for you guys or did you catch that on the first viewing? Btw, you cant miss it. Its the only time bane kicks him.

How was batman able to beat bane the 2nd time wheb he didn't phase him in the 1st fight?

What changed?

I was hoping for better from this movie. I just can't really stand comic book movies and I guess that's the reason. Though I liked the dark night better. I fail to see why these are so acclaimed.

I would refer to their first fight where Bane says "Oh, you think the darkness is your friend? You merely adopted. I was born into it. Molded by it." Not that this makes logical sense, but Bruce spent time in the "darkness" like Bane, and came out tuff and junk. Plus he hit Bane in the mask. That helped.

True, but batman received a helluva back hand from bane as he was trying to screw the valves back on.

Nolan's extras were terrible in TDK too, check Dent's confession.
