I believe the Tigers are going to the Cotton. It's a risk, and tickets are not cheap, but I figured they get a lot more expensive once the results of the TX vs KSU game are known.

If LSU gets dragged to the Chik-fil-A, I'll have to sell them, undoubtedly at a significant loss. However, if LSU goes, I got great tix at a value price. I'll wait until the announcement Sunday evening before I purchase Airfare and hotel.

I also plan to go to the LSU vs TCU game there next Fall. If LSU plays in Jerry World, I am there!!

Yes, I live in MN, and, yes, I miss few games in Tiger Stadium! I'm a huge fan!!

Geaux Tigers!!!

Wasn't it being reported earlier today that the SEC title game loser would go to the Cotton? Has that been debunked?

I firmly believe the many season ticket holders who ordered and will be billed, will bail on the cotton bowl trip. I expect hundreds of LSU section tickets to be available shortly after official announcement. I will decide if I'm going then. Hopefully you have a great trip.

No offense, but I take it you've never been to an LSU game in DFW?

The only city in America (outside Louisiana) LSU would bring a better crowd to is a game in Houston. DFW is easily accessible to most LSU fans and we are always well represented there.

LSU will bring plenty for this pseudo-BCS game against Texas.

They might get cheaper once tix are actually distributed to schools. Right now you only have the opportunity to purchase the sponsor seats.
