What are you making for your LSU/Bama tailgate

I need some ideas...so what is everyone making?
I was thinking a good seafood gumbo but something themed would be nice.

I want to enjoy the party at my house so much I talked a friend of my into coming and cooking a jambalaya for me. Wife will cook the sides. About 20 people coming and all have to do is drink!

Our 36 hour Tailgating menu:
Fri: Venison/Sausage Sauce and Machoux
Sat Breakfast: Boudin and chicken sausage on the grill
Sat Lunch: Stuffed Chicken Thighs and Backstrap
Sat Night: Fried Turkey, Gumbo, Ribs, Boiled Shrimp
After the game: Burgers and Pepto

Seafood gumbo. Corn and cheese grits. Fried fish. Potato salad. Boudin balls. Smoked boudin. Crawfish bread. And other stuff.
