Season opener vs. Spurs TV in BR situation

Maybe I'm overlooking something, obviously I've been seriously looking forward to this game for some time and I'm not seeing it on my channel guide on CST, or any network. What channel is this supposed to be on, and why wouldn't CST have it?
I'm showing it on NBA TV but I don't have all that expensive crap. ..
