In town today for work and I'm hungry. What's the best place to grab a quick bite to eat, preferably on the go, in Oxford, MS?

Million places to eat on the square. Go to Proud Larry's or Boure' and sit outside.

If you like burgers or BBQ, go to Handy Andy's. If you want sandwiches, head to the Blind Pig (best sandwiches since Deli News went out of business). Neither of them are particularly quick but not slow either, but both are great at what they do.

If you're on the square, Bourré, Larry's, or Ajax

For REAL quick, head to Chicken On A Stick at the gas station, although I can't imagine eating there before midnight...not even sure if they serve.

Damn, when did this happen? This was my go to, granted I graduated in '02 but I often think about the triple meat dagwood.
