Blaine Taylor vs Johnny Jones who is the better hire

I'm pretty familiar with Blaine Taylor in how he coaches since ODU is 25 minutes from where I live. If you like good defense and strong rebounding, then you'll like Blaine. He and Jaime Dixon almost mirror each other, at different scales of course. Also a decent recruiter. It's surprising he hasn't done better since there is so much talent along the East coast where he can geographically tap into the 757, DC, and North Carolina areas.
