Honey Badger first Sophomore(edit) defensive player as a Heisman finalist?

I can't recall any others, hard to believe there was another unless I am missing someone obvious. Even if there was a junior out there, even harder to believe he wouldn't be the first underclassman.

Edit: Woodson was a Junior, like Honey Badger he made plays as a freshman and soph, so easy to forget. I would still doubt a younger defensive player ever made it as a finalist
