If you could take 1 departed player from last season and have him this year...

who would you take?

I think it would have to be Kelvin Sheppard. His presence at MLB would put this defense over the top.

Why we're loaded at that position. I agree with the original poster. Kelvin Shepard was such a leader and a coach on the field.

Agree with KS. I was trying to think of someone else just to be the contrarian, but he's the missing piece in the puzzle.

I would have said Sheppard before last night, now I am thinking Nevis. I really don't like teams being able to shut down our passrush like that.

Surprised no PP7 yet. He was the bedt player onour team last year, but out of the big 3 defensive players we lost. Cb was the easiest to replace. We miss PP most on punt returns imo. PP7 is a beast but i agree with kelvin shep he was the leader of the D and our LBs this year have not been great.

#11 was an absolute tackling machine and a great leader. We can always use a player that makes that many plays and keeps the team fired up.

Jordan Jefferson. Starter or not, he deserves to be a part of what is going on and celebrate along with his fellow seniors and teamates.

KS for sure. Im not sure what our LBs are doing most of the game. They seem to get lost. It would be great to have at least one LB mixed in with our DL and secondary.
