Just wondering what everyones favorite salsa recipe is. I have an abundance of tomatoes and would like to put some up.

I just made a batch. No recipe but it turned out well:
2 medium tomatoes
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup of cilantro
2 large jalapenos
1 habanero
1/3 cup lime juice
All went inot the food processor until smooth. Dang good.
