Kris Humphries question

How many of you guys knew he is bi-racial? I got into an argument with a friend of mine and he proved me wrong. I always have assumed he was white.
Turns out his father is bi-racial (half black half white) and his mother is white making Kris 25% African-American.
My question is, if someone is only has one Black grandparent are they still considered African American?

i think it's 1/8 or more = black

Pretty much a given that he had to some black him. Kim K don't mess around with white dudes.
