HOT Chocolate for Tailgating.

i want to bring some hot chocolate tailgating saturday. other than the individual packs, any advice on doing a couple of gallons?

make up some before hand and pour it in large containers, like milk jugs, and heat it up on a burner once you get out there.

This. And DON'T use instant. Use the standard recipe on the Hershey's Cocoa container and people will be absolutely be loving you. The only thing i change on the recipe is that I add a little extra vanilla.

If Rouses' has it, but some Drosts' cocoa, and follow the directions on the box. You will have people bowing down to you after one cup. Add a little cognac to it if you want.

I think some coffee places (such as PJ's or CC's) sell hot chocolate for large groups. I've had it before, and I can't remember how it's packaged.

Get a large thermos. Well worth it, and should stay hot for hours. Check the camping area at academy

got one there. 128oz with a little faucet, perfect for what i wanted.
