Crowton's Offense

The most interesting thing is that this game is the first game I have seen something that resembles Crowton's offense. Bubble screens, slants, etc.. And it worked!
If Les is not in charge of clock managment, what is he in charge of, making sure that the water coolers are full?
If he has delegated everything due to his own incompetance, what the hell is his job?
