They made the loans, bundled them and sold them, so, when they went sour, and they KNEW they would go sour, they were no where near, and had no recourse.
I am the professional of my money; you are the professional of yours. If I enter a bad debt agreement then it is as much my fault as anyone elses. Period.

Two sides to every agreement... both sides agree to a deal and are equally culpable... enough of the personal responsibility skirting.
