You know that is a distortion of "professional". You ARE a professional, so get real. I'm not saying that there weren't stupid people who bought for a whole range of reasons. I am saying that the prime responsibility for making the loan was with the bank. They made the loans, bundled them and sold them, so, when they went sour, and they KNEW they would go sour, they were no where near, and had no recourse.

Two sides to every agreement... both sides agree to a deal and are equally culpable... enough of the personal responsibility skirting.
