For those that haven't Daredevil is so fricking good and all 3 seasons are must watch now. Season 3 is one of the best t.v. seasons in recent memory.

this series takes a dump on FATWS

Bad take don't care how many downvotes I get. Please tell me why you felt the need to say this and why it was so bad?

Hawkeye has been by far the best Disney series to date. I don’t even think it’s close. Not saying the others were bad. This series has an unbelievable collection of actors, great storyline, beautiful cinematography, fantastic reveals. It’s pays tribute to the past mcu while setting up the future. You literally feel for Hawkeye is many ways emotionally and physically. Then, not only bringing back an all time classic villain but doing it with the actor who played him to perfection. Just a fantastic job all around

It's also the most grounded. There is no magic, no space or time travel, no super soldier serums or flying suits. Just a guy with his arrows a girl with hers, a one eyed dog and the wish.com version of John Snow and his henchmen. I actually really like every track suit mafia character. Great casting.

I actually agree with what you saying, but he was trying to act like FATWS was dog shite and it really wasnt, so that is why I said his take was bad. I'd be willing to bet he didnt even watch the whole series.

The main problem with Falcon was that the villains were terrible. They were boring and not well thought out. It is hard for any show to overcome that. The pandemic forcing a plot change did not help here. We were supposed to sympathize with them, as Falcon did, but they weren’t at all sympathetic.

Other problems were some bad secondary characters like his sister, misuse of winter soldier, and some forced wokeness (particularly the speech).

Strengths were a few well done flight sequences, Zemo, and John walker.

Hawkeye is far better in each category, particularly the villains.

Between milfy Vera Farmiga, and Hailee Steinfeld, and Florence Pugh, and even the chick who plays Eco, this show has arguably some of the best "talent" in MCU history

Pump the brakes here! Vera is usually sexy as hell, but she doesn't look very good in this one. I'm big fans of both Hailee and Florence, but they are no match for Elizabeth Olsen and Scarlett Johanson!

I didn't expect to tear up as many times as I have. When he hade his conversation with Nat at the Battle of New York memorial I almost lost it.

that scene was perfection. The scene with the phone call between clint and his son and Kate. Very emotional. I also love seeing an actual avenager be human and vunerable. You cant do the things he has done without taking actual damage. the way this show has suoerherosim grounded in reality is what makes it great

I actually liked FATWS, just was clealry a few steps below this show. I found myself walking off and looking at my phone during wandavision and even loki at times. I could not take my eyes off the TV during hawkeye

I loved all the scenes with Falcon and the Winter Soldier but the supporting story (outside of Zemo and old black Cap) were very boring.

Pre-credit teaser—great job
—But $23,750 for a used ‘85 station wagon? NYC inflation is way out of control.

Hawkeye is the 3rd best Marvel project of the year. Until today lol.

But better than Shang Chi,F&TWS Eternals or BW.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the animal trainer who got a Golden Retriever who is NOT blind in one eye to keep one eye closed.

I do like seeing the human avenger, one that can get hurt, physically and emotionally.

But…

I’d loveeeee a seen where Clint is surrounded by track suit mafia crew (and they Typically would show his skillfuly taking them down) but instead Thor lands and blows them away. Just once haha

Cap: Let's go take on Thanos.

Clint: Aight.

Kingpin:

Clint: Ah hell nah.
