Interesting but I doubt it's the straw that breaks the camels back and compels the Judge to grant the defense motion to dismiss with prejudice.
If the rumor that jump kick man was known by the prosecutor comes out, then that would be an insta-dismissal.

This is the 2nd drone video that was introduced immediately after a "gotcha" moment by the prosecution during Rittenhouse's cross examination.
As the Rekieta Law stream pointed out, it would have never been admitted if the defense would not have put Kyle on the stand. And if it wasn't admitted, it would not have allowed the prosecution to successfully argue for provocation instructions because they claimed this 2nd drone video showed Rittenhouse pointing his gun at Rosenbaum. A colossal frickup on the part of the defense that gave the prosecution the opening they needed to save their case.

defense attorney from Kyle Rittenhouse filed this motion of mistrial with prejudice on Mon Nov 15th. The judge has not ruled on this motion as the defense brought this up yesterday in court- this is the first time we’re seeing the motion that was filed.

That’s very interesting. The higher quality video shows Kyle didn’t aim his weapon yet the state claims it did? Oh so that’s Brady evidence…expulcatory or evidence to show innocence. That’s pretty huge.

That’s pretty damning. It is grounds to grant the motion (I don’t think the judge will) and for an ethics complaint and hearing regarding the prosecutors.
