How often have the lawyers in this thread heard a judge say this to a prosecutor?

Say what exactly Buck? Sometimes my synapses misfire. Oftentimes actually.

He said "I do not believe you." when the ADA was trying to argue something.
He said it as meaning the ADA was lying, not saying he was surprised.

It was when the Ada said he was making a good faith argument about something.

I was trying to remember exactly what it was. Danke.

It was regarding the lawyer using evidence regarding Kyle's character that was previously ruled inadmissable by the judge.
The ADA said that he legitimately didnt think the door was completely closed on the admissibility of the evidence and he thought information came to light that he thought would cause the judge to reconsider. It was prosecutorial misconduct bordering on a mistrial being declared with prejudice.

Why would you do anything that could be perceived as a threat to someone with a gun????!
He judged incorrectly.

Ah, ok. Yeah I've never heard such a thing. Of course it depends greatly on the personality of the judge him or herself, as there are certainly some kooky and outlandish judges out there. But this one most definitely does not strike me as one of those, thus he was pushed just that far by completely outrageous and unorthodox actions by prosecutor. Judges do everything they can to not have to come down on an attorney like this, but this is truly an extraordinary circumstance. Prosecutor is a nutjob. I attribute it to the typical self-righteous, arrogant, condescending leftist personality, and as was mentioned during the proceedings today "brazen". Great word for it, from the judge no less. Lol

The prosecutor in this trial is one of the biggest pieces of shite I have ever witnessed.
The way he intentionally acts so obtuse..
He's the kind of guy that would have blamed a woman for being raped. "What did you expect with a skirt like that?"

The "I don't believe you" comment trumped the earlier statement from the Judge to the prosecutor when he told him "all you have been doing is testifying".

A pistol would have been far better in the situations Kyle was in.
Maybe; it would depend on how he was carrying it. One thing an AR does is it forces you to have your hands on it. Even slung pretty snug they'll beat the hell out of you running unless you're controlling it. When he got cornered and turned he didn't have to pull it from a holster because he was already running with it at the low ready (or some approximation of that). For a handgun to be as useable in that situation he'd have had to already had it out while he was running. If he had some IWB setup I can see him struggling to get it out in enough time.

I wish when Bunger was pressing Kyle to say he intentionally tried to kill those three and Kyle kept saying he was trying to stop the threat, that Kyle would have said, well in the case of Grosslruetz I stopped the threat without killing him.

Ana Navarro (CNN commentator) posted something on Twitter about Kyle crying crocodile tears on the stand. People started posting stuff about the three guys who were shot about how they were good people. Some dude replied with this.

So, the midget kiddy rapist screaming “Shoot me, N!”, the skater punk who tried to kill Kyle, and Lefty, who tried to kill Kyle, are all good people?
I bet Mao, Stalin, and Pol Pot are good people in their eyes too.
