you could probably do well with 10-15k. the more the better. The trading alts guy started with ~35ish and was showing that he cleared 15k a month. on that. Granted his videos were in a much better crypto market than is going on right now: my guys have been dead for hte last 2-3 days.

That being said im averaging about 4 bucks a day since 1/1 on about ~2800 in cash. If that average holds and I add nothing, its 1,460 for the year.

subtract out the hard costs of 300 for the 3commas subscription and another 300 for the required tax report that will list all the trades for the IRS and I could net about 30% on my 2800 in a year.

when the crypto market starts back up (had some bots wake up today, so that's a good sign) I can hit 15-20 bucks a day.

Still have some tweaking as I think I have too many bots for the amount of money I have available. With fewer bots, theres more $ for them to buy and not get locked down the way they have been.

Higher risk than stocks as its crypto, but YMMV.

Anyone want to assist me with setting up a Bot?

I have my Coinbase Pro account linked to my 3commas account, but am not sure how to get the DCA Bot started. I added one of the preset ones, but then started to get some errors so I just deleted it. Is there a step that I'm missing?

I only a few hundred in there, so this isn't a gamble my savings situation, I want to learn more and invest in Crypto.

So with the crypto markets sorta down right now, I'd assume its a good time to start up and fund some bots? Or wait till we start getting more activity/volatility?
