I'm pretty sure the bot takes your fees into account when taking profit. So if your fees are .2% (for example) and your TP is at 1.25%, the bot will TP at 1.45%. That's how I understand it, but I hope somebody more sure than I am chimes in

I’m getting some error messages Rate Limit Exceeded. Anyone know what that means?

That's what the 3commas support page says:

Yes, exchange fees to open and close deals are included in the bot targets and safety order price calculations (excluding Grid bots). You can see your Take Profit order slightly higher because of it.
