This is just a clown statement. Orgeron lacks vision and the ability to run a program.

The evidence for that is everywhere.

O is a disaster without others to prop him up, LSU degraded significantly and immediately after Aranda left. And Aranda is now building again in Baylor.

Completely agree.

This myth has been perpetuated over and over by the o-apologizists and is completely false.

Aranda knows how to recruit AND he knows how to recruit to his system. Hes not a star chaser like o is.

After the last two dumbasses we’ve had please just give me a smart guy with self-awareness and some meaningful football coaching skill. Somebody who knows what he does well and knows how to mitigate what he does poorly. Aranda is that guy 100%. Our defenses will be filthy and he can go get an offensive guy and a recruiter.

Well said. I am so tired of having dunces as head coach.

He’s a good evaluator too. He knew Queen would turn into an excellent LB despite being an under the radar RB out of hs

Not to mention his coaching chops…Made Duke Riley into a pro. Damone Clark looked like the next Devin White.

Really?

He pulled in Kristian Fulton
Tyler Shelvin
Jacob Phillips
BJ ojulari
Kary Vincent
Jacobian Guillory
Glen Logan
Patrick Queen

Among others. I am sure Briles can get the offensive recruits.

Grimes might get the head job at Baylor if Aranda leaves.

Coach O recruited a lot of those guys, and even if, Aranda was recruiting under O’s program and vision, not his own.

This is up there with the biggest clown statements you've ever made. The players that fit Aranda's 3-4 defense really came here for "Orgeron's vision" let me tell you.

Ya I don't get how that even started. There's tons of images out there of him in homes closing deals with big time recruits.

Plus as a parent, he's probably more believable than most coaches when he says he's gonna keep your boy out of trouble and teach him to be a man. And all he has to do is rattle off all the NFL talent he developed to the player and they'll understand perfectly.

Nick Saban is boring and recruits very well. He's always been boring and he's always recruited very well.

It's effort, not personality, that wins out when it comes to recruiting.

Didn’t Aranda have a reputation of not being a great recruiter? I

Baylor has the #15 class currently, I believe.

If we have to go woke, let’s just go with Aranda, we know what he brings to the table.

You sir, have my support!

I think Dave could be the next little Nicky. He's sharp enough to control this thing and keep us performing year in and year out. Gotta take that shot.
