A lot of you better get used to the idea, because thereis a realistic possibly if Jimbo. There are some in power who think Jimbo is one great QB away from winning another championship and starting a dynasty. Also, if he can bring Arch along it’s another point for him.

Someone did not read the whole article. He has a buyout if A&M fires him and that is what they owe. He is free to leave for another head coaching job with no money being paid to A&M.

I’ll go on record saying I don’t think we get Jimbo at all, he likes where he is at. But he would be a good hire. Not the best hire, but very solid.

Woodward gave him that contract
Woodward left A&M for LSU
You have to assume Jimbo wanted the freedom to leave since the day he signed.
The New Aggie AD couldnt get Jimbo to agree to a buyout with his new extension and raise

Why would he? LSI is a mess. Culture problem can't be fixed under O. LSU needs COMPLETE overall. Lack of influence on 5 and 4 star players is unbelievable. Lack of communication, direction, guidance, from staff. It will take a long time to build a new culture at LSU. What's weird is they may keep O in spite of the noise to fire him. I don't believe Woodard has the guts.
