In a perfect world, Urkel/Frambaw/Pressly is the dream scenario for Tuesday to end it.

Would you consider throwing LMJ on full rest tomorrow and waiting for Johnny Wholestaff on Wednesday if we need it?

Urquidy is going to show up like a boss. The only obstacle is Dusty.

Nope, give me our best starter who feeds off the home crowd in the game you must win. Also, you hope you don't need him until Game 1 of the ALCS since you're up 2-1 now.

I am very 50-50 on this.

If LMJ pitches tomorrow or Wednesday, his first game in the ALCS wouldn't be until Game 3 next Monday either way (ALCS games 1 and 2 are Friday/Saturday, with day off Sunday).

If you can win tomorrow with a combo of Urquidy/Frambaw/whomever, then you can use Lance in Game 1, then maybe twice again if needed. Big advantage.

But if they decide to roll with Lance in Game 4, I will ride with that also I suppose...that gives you LMJ on regular rest and Frambaw also on regular rest Wednesday if you need him.

I really think you can argue either way. I don't think either option is terrible. I expect FODB to find a way to frick it up.
