Woodward has a plan, I’m confident in that.
He’s not going to be making hasty emotional decisions in the middle of the night like Alleva.
I’m sure his plan has long been formulated and is already ready to be activated at the appropriate time.
IMO he’s been working quietly behind the scenes on what comes next for quite some time now, long before the start of the 2021 season.

Why is everyone so confident in Woodward at this point?
I understand O makes the hires, but he definitely has to run them by Woodward before they go official.
Woodward is also responsible for negotiating salaries for staff, which is something he has never been good at.
He made Bo Pelini the second highest paid assistant in the nation.
