Not sure if you can call it stubborn. He had injuries the previous season so he thought he still had it. I’m sure he felt those things held him back the previous year. Brady wasn’t going to win this game today. You have all undrafted receivers that can’t get open and the offensive line playing one of its worst games I’ve ever seen under Payton.

Nobody cost us anything other than Sean Payton

Could Sean Payton have drafted Patrick Mahommes?

Brady wouldn’t have won a title here last year or this year. Only reason he won with Tampa is because he’s throwing to four elite targets. All he would have in Nola is slant boy who’s currently out of commission.

And the Saints organization’s ineptitude at fielding a decent defense for many years cost Drew at least 1 more Super Bowl ring.

Call it even

He turned out to be an extremely selfish player.

The way we treated Brees is why Rodgers wants here. He's coming next season. Windston just a 1 year stop gap to clear cap space.

Yeah but he put Jacob Blake’s name on his helmet. All is forgiven.

We would’ve won it all just with Gronk replacing Cook

I normally would love to play Devils Advocate
But Drew
Gets a pass, he's done so much for the community, as well as win us a SuperBowl, and overall just a quality SAINTS PLAYER

Therefore, I won't throw him under the bus, every athlete, regardless of whether they have it or not, still feel like "THEY CAN"

I would have loved for them to go after
Carson Wentz but nope
Then watching Gardner Minshew get traded for NOTHING
It is frustrating....

JBE and Latoya cost Brady and Gronk. No way they coming here with such shitty LA politics.

Mickey Loomis and Sean Payton decided to roll with Drew beyond his prime. It was his ultimate decision to retire, but keeping him at the starting QB position is on Loomis and Payton.

Ridiculous. He wanted to play another, thought he could, and did play well enough for the Saints to win the South and go 2/3 against the Bucs. It was a very reasonable thing to do at the time.
