A top HC candidate should ask for what Jimbo Fisher got, $75 million fully guaranteed. Otherwise, they shouldn’t touch that job with a ten foot pole. Giving any college HC only two years is ridiculous.

If you are a big name you negotiate a buy out clause that basically pays you for 4-5 years if they fire you within 2.
