39 hours - big project at work. Drank coffee and pre workout to power through.

3 days after I got in a wreck and was, I think, in shock. Lost my job because of it. Thank God for that wreck

Probably around 30-32 hours. Had to pull an all-nighter in college and then had an out of town trip with my friends that weekend. Left my test and had to drive the car into the mountains and then didn't hit the sack until 1 or 2 am.
After 24 hours I just went into a default state of existence and was fine for the most part. I crashed hard by the end.

40ish hours. When I was finally able to get some sleep, I found that I was too wired from coffee, red bulls, and those ephedra pills they used to sell at the gas station.
My buddy, 80s Ronnie, heard of my predicament and brought me some weed. A bowl later, and I was sleeping like a baby.

There was that wild weekend back in college in the 80s involving 6 of us snorting 100 hits of X. There was no sleep that weekend.

over 72 hours, Saturday until a Wednesday evening, you simply do not know what time it is, where you are....would not recommend

Senior year finals
Cramming and studying for my last biology final ever on Wednesday morning. I was taking my final and everything started getting a green hue. Like when your laptop screen does that twilight dim thing. And things were wavy.
Finished the final. Went to bed at 10am. Had my LAST final at 8am the next day (Thursday) THEN had a 10 hour drive to Charleston for a med school interview.
Was so exhausted I slept through my final. But I snapped up at 8:45am. Ran to the class room, last student was folding their final up to hand it in. I ended up camping outside of this professors office to take this final... he didn't return until about 3pm. Took the final then got in my car and drove all the way through the night and got to Charleston at about 2:45am. Slept for about 3 hours before I had to wake up for my interview.
One of the worst weeks of my life ever. And as a doctor I've gone through many many stints of not sleeping for a night or two. But that was just awful.

54 hours, no drugs/caffeine involved. About 45 of it was on the road. It got real weird when people were talking, I could hear and understand the words but couldn’t make sense of what they were saying. It’s like my brain shut down the ability to process speech. I’ve went weeks only getting a few hours of sleep a night and that’s pretty terrible too.

72 hours in college when Halo 3 came out. I got that katana sword though plus memories with friends that can’t be taken away, could never manage that now though
