Life
Starred Damain Lewis (played Lt. Winters in BoB) as a cop who rejoins the police force after being jailed for years for a crime he was framed for. I enjoyed the individual episode stories and the continuing one about him searching for whoever set him up.

This is one of the most disappointed cancellations I've experienced. I hate when there is a good story and they don't tell you even where they were going with it. At least do a 2 hr finale that ties up the story.
On the opposite spectrum, I feel like Breaking Bad was one of the best timed series out there.

I think that had Last Man on Earth had have made it to 2020, then it would have kind of blown up, considering what it was about, the setting, etc. Forte is an a-list comedic actor at this point, so I feel like they lost out on a lot of money and success by cancelling this show before 2020.
They were pretty stupid not to at least run the reruns. It's probably funnier than anything else on that network right now.
My vote goes to Carnivale. Still pissed about HBO canceling it.

quote:Farina passed away shortly after they cancelled the show. Never saw the show, but I’m assuming he had a big role that would have been tough to replace.
Luck on HBO.

Ones I didn't see mentioned: Eureka and Warehouse 13.
Mentioned already: Jericho, Rome, and Deadwood.

Happy Endings and Pushing Daisies
Galavant was really fun and campy and ended on a cliffhanger.

The OG 1964-65 Jonny Quest.
Was a primetime ABC show in that season, which was its ONLY season.
That ONE season was later rebroadcast on Saturday mornings, and then in syndication, and later on Boomerang, which is why folks born well afterwards instantaneously know who you are talking about if you mention names like "Hadji" and "Race Bannon".
It was so good and so well remembered that it became part of our pop culture, and spawned (not nearly as good) reboots in the 80s and 90s.
Can you imagine how fantastic it would have been with another season-- twice as much content-- of those great storylines, fantastic artwork, and action packed 1/2 hour shows?
