You mean like the Bush family’s ties to the Saudi government, and the fact that all but a couple of the 9/11 terrorists hailed from Saudi Arabia? Make no mistake, both parties have avoided investigating that and investigating any ties the Saudi government may have had to the attacks. To pretend one side is more friendly with Middle Eastern countries is laughable.
And no, that’s not blaming Bush for 9/11. It’s blaming Congress, Obama, our military, and our intelligence agencies for failing to do a full accounting of why a dozen Saudi nationals were involved in 9/11, and why we started fruitless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq instead.
