Not all republicans are religious conservatives.

No, it’s bs like this that Republicans lose.

WEAKNESS

“Oh, we made the left too mad. Now they’re gonna do some shite”

If you haven’t figured it out by now, they’re gonna do whatever the hell they want regardless. Not standing for what’s right because you’re scared of what the left will do is a loser mentality. Do you think they don’t do things because they’re scared of what conservatives might do? Hell no. They’re always fighting tooth and nail and I admire the hell out of them for it. I blame weak republicans for not fighting back.

And yet it is okay for Democrats to advocate for on demand abortion?

Get out of here with that.

Not sure why anyone is surprised. The Republicans have turned pissing away momentum into an art.

Regardless of your thoughts on abortion, why the Republicans do this now instead of hammering away at Biden’s incompetence is baffling.

Actually, it’s not. The Republicans don’t want to win and lead. The likely did this on purpose knowing it was a losing play. That’s their MO and their role in the uniparty.

No one gives a frick anymore. This country is headed for a split. Let’s find out who is on what side and get it on.

That’s fine and good but it’s also why the Dems keep winning. Because like it or not, it IS about politics.

Regardless of your or my opinion on abortion, this is a political loser and it’s giving the left exactly what they need to take the focus off Biden and his colossal frick up in Afghanistan

What’s not reasonable is that your argument is based on the convenience of being able to selfishly murder a child, not the fact that it is a living human child entitled to the life God gave it, regardless of when anyone knows he/she exists.

You should listen to Rush Limbaugh’s take on this.

You really can’t have a pro-choice conservative. Conservatism is not a la carte.

Looks to me like both things are happening… I mean, it’s not hard to stand for what’s right while still showing lib idiots the incompetence of their dim gods. Actually, it’s pretty easy. Biden’s basically doing their work for them.

Birth control pills are available for the poor and rich.

Condoms are available for the poor and the rich.

The morning after pill is also available.

Abstinence, if you don't want to do any of the above.

You can take a pregnancy test now within 3 days of having unprotected sex. That leaves 5.5 weeks to plan. For the sake of argument, let's just say 4 weeks. That is very reasonable.

This may come as a shock but some peoples principles and morals override their worry about getting votes, especially when it comes to killing innocent babies because they are going to inconvenience someone.

If only there were Republicans at a national level, then they wouldn't be concerned about how one state governs itself. THEY could be hammering away at Biden's incompetence, as it's a national issue.

First of all, I truly don’t believe most people do not want Roe vs. Wade overturned. I think it’s close, but not some foregone conclusion.

This is a State vs. federal government issue. A state should have the right to determine when life begins. Furthermore, this woman’s right to choose is absolutely a bullshite argument, particularly when people are being forced to get a questionable and possibly ineffective vaccine to do so much as eat in a restaurant. We live in a constitutional republic. If a woman wants to abort a baby, she can go somewhere other than Texas.

Fundamentally, the “choice” is when that woman decides to frick without protection. In the case of race or incest, take the morning after pill, which I believe is given in those situations when treatment is sought.

Birth control is readily available. Time to stop pretending that it’s not anymore.

If you support abortion, you’re not a Republican. That’s been one of the key tenets of party members for a long time. A non-negotiable issue.

But do you realize where this particular sentiment leads?

Democrats believe that abortion is "for the greater good." That a women who wants to kill her baby to be more free has "greater good." That a society that doesn't take care of certain segments of kids can relieve itself of those pressures "for the greater good." That kids who might be born into uncomfortable circumstances or be born WITH uncomfortable circumstances don't need to be, you know for the "greater good."

And now you say that for the republicans, winning at other things and places is more important so, "for the greater good," they should forget about this one small thing so they can attract a wider, "gooder" audience.

See where that kind of thinking gets you? See where treating children like quantified "goodness," - either they add to or subtract from "the greater good," and if the greater good is subtracted, they are better off not existing - starts to lead?

Congrats, you're a liberal in that the "greater good," is more important than anything else.

I will GUARANTEE you that the number of people who support being able to abort a baby for elective reasons right up until the damned thing is in the birth canal ain't very fricking large yet that didn't stop Democrats in Virginia and NY pushing it AND passing it! In fact, I can guarantee you THAT shite doesn't have as much support as severely restricting abortion. Not even close.

Without reading thru 6 pages, I'm happy that it's causing a lot of liberals to scream and shout they're moving out of state and warning other liberals not to move here. Win win, in my book. I love it when a plan comes together.

Imagine if we listened to all the “conservatives” that claim “ItS a LoSiNg IsSuE” all the time

We would have already lost the 2nd amendment and probably a bunch of other cornerstone issues in the conservative movement if we listened to people with your attitude.

Should we sit on our hands until we hold power to get things done? That worked out well for us from 16-20.

Both things can happen at once. Biden can get hammered for being the worst president of all time while we also push conservative ideals into mainstream life.

The 2nd amendment and pro-life movement are perfect examples of conservatives keeping their foot on the gas 24/7 and never giving an inch for the most part and gaining momentum in the long run no matter who is in control.
