Plenty of people to defend their homes TODAY.
But how many are going to stick around long term without power/water?
If water gets back asap, then generators can keep people going.
But if water is fricked, I expect within a week a mass exodus of anyone who is not totally poor and that's when the real challenge will begin.
Hopefully that's enough time for the National Guard to get in and prevent shite.
