I saw the press conference, also. Yes, she does need to take a break...forever. If she's so distraught over being a world class player, she needs to get out. My feeling is that she probably gets just as distraught if her dry cleaning is late or if she gets stuck in traffic. She's a nut job who has taken to crying to gain sympathy and headlines.
