People have to many other options, when USC is really good they will get some traction other than that, this is what you get…..

College football is just not an attraction on the west coast unless USC is elite. I would assume most kids that go to UCLA have no interest in sports and offer little support as alumni.

UCLA has offered free tickets to high school kids since they don't draw enough actual fans to fill much of the stadium. If someone went into those sections with mardi gras beads from LSU they would end up cheering for the TIgers. That would be hilarious if they ended up being an adjunct LSU fan group instead of providing support for the home team.
