The discovery ought to be real interesting.
Also, once one lawsuit occurs, I would not be surprised to see other "aggrieved" Klutch clients piling on (legitimately or not).
The potential swarm of plaintiff attorneys could be sweet to see.
I wonder if Klutch will try to settle to get it over with quickly?

Noel’s suit will get dismissed way before any of this happens. There is an arbitration clause that they just pretend isn’t applicable.
