Get a dinner reservation at Mariposa Grill now. As far as hiking I liked Doe Mountain and Devil's Bridge. There's plenty of nice hotels and resorts. Find one in your price range or splurge and stay at Enchantment.

Definitely agree on the above post. Do devil’s bridge at sunrise to be the crowds. It’s a lot less scary at the top when there aren’t 100 people waiting to pass

Indian Gardens Cafe & Market just outside of Sedona was a perfect lunch spot.
