Who is the most iconic film/TV character?

If you walked around in different places and showed people pictures of different film/TV characters, which one do think would be the most recognizable? No animated characters like Mickey Mouse, etc.

Bart Simpson and Lucy Ricardo for tv.

Tony soprano is the greatest tv character, but I don’t think he’s the most iconic.

With these parameters, sadly it’s probably Sheldon from Big Bang Theory.
