What are thoughts for new business owners. We recently purchased two pediatric clinics. I have always worried about another shutdown even in the medical field. Do you think new business owners will be excluded in any way?

Not an expert on the subject, but I would guess they would be excluded under the premise “you knew the risk starting a new business during the pandemic…”
I don’t agree with it, because no one expected to drag this long. But, I have heard this line a few times during the first 2 CARES packages.
The best thing you could do is check out the requirements from the 2nd PPP and see how they fit. At a minimum, if there is a 3rd (I don’t think there will be) those restrictions will be the minimum
