Myles Brennan has the better arm and his mobility is suspect . I’d really like to see his pocket awareness grow astronomically ASAP

I actually agree with you there. LSU's offensive line was playing terribly, and wasn't getting a push at all. The coaches should have made a change once they got down to the one yard line and decided they wanted to run it in. LSU had that guy. He was sitting on the bench. All 6'6 260 pounds of TJ Finley. The coaches figured that out later in the year though. He was a QB sneak machine

Though it is sad that LSU's OL would be considered a deficiency in the game against Missouri's third string.

I figure the coaches will pick the best guy that runs OUR offense and let it be what it be……

The average 3rd down yardage against Mizzou was 8 yards or over. Conversion percentages at that distance are very low and when that is your average you won't convert many third downs.

Missouri had half its defense in Covid quarantine. Give me a freaking break.

Unlike some people I don’t really care who wins the job. I like both of them but Missouri missing those people probably were still better than Ole Miss. it’s a wash anyway. Brennan’s and Johnson’s stats in those two games were very similar.

You act like Max was the one that threw the shoe.

Meanwhile, the game was tied at that point. No one knows if Florida would have scored had they gotten the ball back. You ignoramuses are making a lot of idiotic assumptions. Meanwhile, you ignoramuses never assumed LSU had a prayer of winning that game with a true freshmen QB but it did.

Not at all that was last year and this is a new year. I am sure he has developed over the summer and is even better.

Why are folk always so negative. It was an SEC defense and not Sisters of the Poor.

Has Myles?

No, not at all. Imagine if Myles would have played a good defense. It would have been awful because Myles couldn't convert third or fourth down situations last season for nothing. Hell, he couldn't even score from the one yard line on a first and goal to goal with half the opponent's defense in Covid quarantine.

That was Myle's fault for the third and distance number and for miserably failing to convert third and fourth down situations against a defense with half it's players in Covid quarantine. As Myles couldn't execute the offense worth a crap.

Dude, they were stopped until the shoe throw. 15 yard penalty and a first down. Allowed us to kick a 57 yard field goal in the fog.

Stop acting like johnson drove down and walked in the end zone. We were fricking lucky.

Are you talking about yourself?

Johnson is going to be good, but you fricking bash Brennan like its not tomorrow. Just shut the frick up already.

Have you considered the fact that Myles had a lot more offensive talent around him while going 1-2 against very s#$ty defenses also?

So what's your damn point?

Don’t worry about Max and defenses cause he will not be the starting Quarterback. I promise you that.

As someone stated earlier. Defense lost us that game. Myles was playing good ball before his injury. You just want Big Johnson to be the QB so bad

Ole Miss's defense

Was statistically the worst in FBS last year, worse even than LSU which is saying a lot. That's why they were unable to hold on to an 8 point lead late v LSU.

You are a damn liar! You don't want Max to be the starter, which is why you started this shitty thread.

There are a lot of idiots on this topic, but you seem to be the only psycho.
