Hooters in Metairie and Fox and Hound in Harahan or the big JP areas to watch. I kind of hate watching games at both places.
Lagers and Jiggers for me when I am doing the bar watching thing. Jiggers works well so I can stumble home if need me.

I was wondering about Jigger's...Bulldog and Bruno's probably have better eye candy though.
