The ability to talk about what you stand for and who the enemy is in some amount of detail has nothing to do with demeanor.
Trump doesn't care about who the enemy is or what they want, he cares about the fact that they're against Trump and he wants to destroy them as a result. Which is useful, but it depends on Trump the man to make the thing work. Which is both problematic from a personality cult angle and limiting from a ideological war angle.

I can not understand how one can both simultaneously believe the election was rigged and/or stolen, and that also Trump lost because of his demeanor because he turned off "muh suburban women".

We can't seem to realize that a vast number of people vote for the person they like(not who's the best candidate)...and unfortunately Thump is despised by a vast number of people, many which are moderates.
