As much as it pains me to agree with you, you are absolutely correct.
Bush v. Gore (2000) established via SCOTUS precedent that there is no Constitutional "right to vote" for individuals. Not the way its portrayed in pop culture (for lack of a better term).
State legislatures must appoint electors.
That's it, in the Constitution. They may do it however they choose. It just so happens that each of the 50 states CHOOSE to appoint electors based on democratically held elections, with the victor of the majority receiving the EC votes for that state.
The states may appoint them however they choose. Popular vote, appointment by Governor and ratified by state legislature, elaborate Rock, Paper Scissors tournament.

This Dem resistance to any inspection of election irregularities, along with all the other hard intimidation tactics coming from the Obama goons is only going to galvanize the resistance from the rest of the country.
Most people on the right side of this feel their country and way of life slipping away. And the Prog goons are pushing WAY too hard. This is going to get ugly.
