Talking about the permanently set in 'crete in the front yard type. The 20' to 25' varieties.
Any of you kind folks have a recommendation for me here?

I used Black Pipe and unions from lowes, Also purchased a small pulley and pipe cap. They have different pipe Legnts. You can go as high as you want. Do it your self and save.

Can't give a rec on poles but when it comes time for a flag I suggest getting one from Collinsflags. Excellent quality and most importantly made in the US.

Got the telescoping flag pole from Harbor Freight. It’s awesome.

Looked at these yesterday. Seem solid and has clips for two flags. Less than $70. My flag is mounted on the side of my house but that pole was tempting.

Too many negative reviews on Harbor Freight website for my taste (poles breaking, telescoping down by itself, etc.).
I like Tampa Tiger's s suggestion of DIY flag pole with galvanized pipe. In my research, I found a pretty good webpage with tips by a guy who did it himself. I think I found my next project.
