What are the chances that the majority of people at that festival would be critical of one of us if we said we were tired of mask mandates? I say pretty high.

Well your right about that. I prefer listening to musicians use instruments to make music instead of pressing play on a computer.

But, what you did here is amazing by saying to to hell with all the Covid Bs. Way to go. I bet all those kids Moms were equally happy to have the kids out of the basement for a weekend.

That’s solid work, I would have been interested in attending. I like EDM etc, always a good time. Do you also put on that New Years show in Dallas, light all night I think it is called

Bumping for Disco Donnie’s successful promotion of a festival.

Is there a podcast telling the whole story of the state palace theatre promotions in the 90’s, witch-hunt charges, and your later success in EDM promitions? Honestly it would be a great long form Joe Rogan type podcast.

Just saw a YouTube blog about the festival. Did you really have covid sniffing dogs there?

I think there are a bunch of interviews online... nothing just focused on the "Crack House" Law though. Biden's daughter used to go to my parties while she was at Tulane so there is a story there. The COVID dogs were Beagles. Using them at a festival at RAY JAY Stadium in Tampa in 2 weeks as well.

Deadmau5 got me onboard with EDM. I owe Joel everything because the genre got me thru college and some tough times.

Being the “first to market” (in your case, festival promotion) is huge in every industry. Even if you break even or even lose a little on the first couple of shows, the DJ’s/performers will sign on to perform for your festival, as they know the show will actually take place. As opposed to another promoter that will just cancel this year’s xyz festival.
