Ever seen how masterfully a 4 year old used a ipad or iPhone? Children are on devices as soon as they gain motor function of their hands.

I don't doubt it at all, my daughter will be two in july and she can unlock an iphone, open the youtube app, and find bluey and old macdonald had a farm videos with the quickness with absolutely no help
