I did a sleep study and was told I only had 3 out of the required 5 disturbances per hour to call it sleep apnea. Wake up feeling like shite and likely need a CPAP but technically don’t have it. I’m assuming CPAPs aren’t cheap?

They are not cheap . Not sure if there’s a new mask , mine is 5 years old . It sucks falls off face every night.

I basically had the same thing. Slept like shite during the study too because I had all this crap glued to my head and was never comfortable.
My wife swears I have it. I don’t snore but she says I stop breathing in my sleep for 20-30 seconds and then catch my breath like I’m almost drowning.

After insurance $300 just to be tested and all you do is sleep with these wires connected to you. Better be able to sleep on your back too.
