The problem is corporate greed/cost cutting measures. They are trying to handle 3x the deliveries of a few years ago without 3x the infrastructure. Trucks/planes can only make so many deliveries per day

short time ago (last few years) a female CEO was appointed. She did not start at the bottom as others before her. All she looks at is the bottom line.
