Fully vaccinated. Today is 14th day since 2nd vaccination so I’m official.
FYI, I did Moderna. That 2nd shot took me down for 3 full days. Couldn’t get out of bed. The first day after was pure misery. Like a BAD case of flu with sore arm. They need to cut that 2nd dose way back. It’s ridiculous.
ETA: Can I now go maskless everywhere? I’m not getting or giving it to anyone, right?

Everyone is different but that is on the extreme side.
My 2nd Moderna was yesterday morning. A little tired today but nothing bothersome. The arm soreness is a thing though.

I'm laughing at the City folk here in St.Louis
Cried that racism kept them from vaccine, they have 3200 shots a day to give for next 3 weeks at the Dome, and they only had 700 show up, get the vaccine.

Why would any healthy person get an experimental "vaccine" for an illness that for anyone under 70 isn't dangerous and 99.995% survive?
The FDA isn't even requiring the usual years-long trials and testing.
Never underestimate the power of the media and peer pressure.

Fully vaccinated with Moderna, as of 8:30 AM today.
We will see what the next 3 to 4 days hold for me.

The nurse told me 30% chance I get the more severe effects. I guess I’m in that 30,
Seriously considered going to the ER. Ms. Festus is a nurse and she had no concern whatsoever for me.

No vaccine. Not sure if I'll get it.

I'm an RN and work on a covid unit. They ask me everyday if I want the vaccine. Nope....

Got one shot. Second next week

Hope you don’t get sick reb. I don’t want to scare anyone, because only 30% get the bad reaction. I’m sure you’ll be fine.
And technically me and BEGF aren’t official. Just feels so gay having to constantly refer to her as gf or SO or whatever. But the marriage part has complications so it’s just been easier not too. But we will one day.

Had my second Pfizer shot on March 7. No problem other than a sore arm for about a day after each shot - no different than a flu shot.
Sorry you had a bad reaction, Festivus. Hope you're better now.

I've been asking everyone I know if they plan on getting vaccinated.
Most people are extremely sure of their answers. It's always "Hell no I'm not getting the Vaccine," or "Of course I'm getting the vaccine. Why wouldn't I?"
Maybe it's just people convincing themselves they're making the right decision. I kept going back and forth before deciding to get it, and I still don't know if I made the right decision.
I think I'll be fine either way, I just find it odd that people are so sure of themselves about something that really has no clear answer.
