I have a question. If this was a white guy in Koy’s place would you be on here trying make a defense out of thin air or would you not give a shite? Something tells me you wouldn’t care if you had even heard about it all because the media wouldn’t bother picking it up.

No you are only free from unreasonable searches and seizures. What the police did in this situation was not unreasonable. You think they should have to know that some major crime has been or is going to be committed. That’s the unreasonable part in this. You want police to be able to see the past and future. Again, police have the right to not be ambushed. Seeing people hide behind a car at the sight of them is reason enough to be able to give lawful commands to show themselves and place their hands in a position where the officers can see them. You may think the bar is low. There’s plenty of dead officers who aren’t here any longer to voice their opinion on it.

There was ONE Crime committed. Just think if Koy hadn’t lied .. We wouldn’t be having this conversation. Perhaps, he should fess up and apologize. He could still be facing some serious charges, both civil and criminal.

Comply with an officer's commands every time, and live to tell about it. Where in the world did folks get the idea you don't have to ? Obama, BLM, etc.

You know these weirdos are going to justify the cops actions regardless. There was absolutely no reason to pull a gun on 2 kids in a parking lot “hiding” behind some cars from police (who they have plenty of reason to be scared of) when you got called because of some noise and a party. And the cops claimed they were “hiding something” yet nothing was found. The cop being belligerent and telling Koy that they don’t “care how your feelings feel” is completely unnecessary.
