We enjoyed monkey pod cafe for lunches. All I got that no one else has said.

We did the Hole in the Wall food tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. But that was also 11 years ago.

Another food-related activity we loved was the Honolulu Fish Market. It was really interesting seeing these massive fish being auctioned just off the boat. Also a great thing to do on your first day when you wake up at 3am. It was free when we went, but I heard they've started charging. Not sure I'd pay too much for it.
