Only for egregious behavior (introducing new evidence, outright lies, etc.)

And specific exhibits. Prosecutor did a few as well, but I'm finding his usage much more compelling

I have tried a few cases in my 30 years. I know what good lawyering and bad lawyering looks like. This defense attorney is doing very well. About as well as he can under the circumstances.

Predict hung jury. Cities burn.

The Chart is a slam dunk for reasonable doubt. It shows neck restraint. I have not seen that.

Does the prosecution get the last word on closing arguments? They get to start AND end? Seems not fair.
